We have a hands on approach to managing property maintenance and condition reports. At the beginning of the tenancy, the property is required by law to be in clean, good and working condition, this means before your tenant moves in, your property will be clean and damage free. Our detailed entry condition reports will contest this by including images, videos and comments to reflect the condition of your property (download a sample of how we do our reports here). As a result of your property being lived in, wear and tear will occur over a period of time. If your tenants request or report for maintenance we will investigate this first by requesting for detailed information to ensure it is a result of wear and tear and not from tenant damage, and if it is from tenant damage, then we will hold the tenant responsible as per legislation.

We assist investors who are time poor or un-able to make property inspections by doing the job for them on their behalf. This means we will attend property viewings on potential house purchases, pre settlement inspections and official handovers on settlement date. This includes photos and videos supplied to you of each inspection of the property.
